A concierge nurse is a Registered Nurse who personally leads your care rather than supervising it from a distance. In a typical home care model, a scheduler assigns caregivers and a case manager checks in occasionally. With concierge nursing, one RN knows your full history, coordinates your physicians, manages skilled nursing tasks, and stays with you over time. You get continuity and clinical judgment, not a rotating roster of names.

Concierge nursing is a private-pay service, and cost depends on the level and frequency of care your situation calls for, from periodic health navigation to daily skilled nursing. Because care is built around one client rather than a standardized package, we set pricing during your consultation once we understand your needs. There is no obligation to ask.

More than most families expect. Your concierge nurse can perform skilled nursing such as wound care, IV antibiotic therapy, vital-sign monitoring, post-surgery recovery support, medication management, and chronic condition support for diagnoses like CHF, COPD, and diabetes. Care is delivered by a licensed RN and backed by a clinical team that includes a dietitian, a pharmacist, and a nurse educator.

Care is built around your situation, so there is no rigid contract that locks you into hours you do not need. Some families want a nurse for a few weeks of post-surgery recovery; others want ongoing support as a parent ages in place. We scale up or down as your needs change.
